𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂 è una mostra che presenta il lavoro di quattro artisti emergenti –𝑹𝒂𝒅𝒂 𝑲𝒐ž𝒆𝒋𝒊, 𝑱𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒑𝒐 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒊, 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒂𝒏𝒐 𝑪𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐, 𝑱𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒎 𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒗𝒂𝒕 – residenti tra Svizzera e Italia.

Il titolo trae ispirazione dalla fiaba dei fratelli 𝑮𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒎, ed evoca il folto roveto che protegge e occulta, come il più delicato dei fiori, la bella addormentata. Metafora dell’opera d’arte e il suo segreto, questo titolo allude ad alcune suggestioni che accomunano gli artisti in mostra e la loro ricerca, come l’atmosfera fiabesca che si respira in ogni lavoro e l’evocazione di immaginari boschivi e forme vegetali.

Gli artisti coinvolti, pur servendosi di molteplici medium (pittura, scultura, installazione e performance), condividono una sensibilità caratterizzata da una diffidenza nei con- fronti dei linguaggi artistici e dei modelli culturali dominanti. Questa distanza li induce a riprendere forme e tecniche dal sapore antico per rileggere, da un’altra prospettiva, ciò che li circonda. Sedotti dal magico e l’esoterico, immaginari a cui attingono per creare opere d’arte che sembrano emerse da un romanzo gotico o un delirio onirico, si servono della libera associazione e di altre tecniche automatistiche, nel tentativo di creare opere concepite come dispositivi divinatori. Indagano il linguaggio del simbolo, che travalica il pensiero e la didascalia, impedendo il concetto e la riduzione. In occasione di 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂, per tenere fede a questa fascinazione, daranno vita a un ambiente suggestivo in cui le opere emanano il proprio mistero pur risuonando come accordi in un’armonia.

𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂 is an exhibition presenting the work of four emerging artists -𝑹𝒂𝒅𝒂 𝑲𝒐ž𝒆𝒋𝒊, 𝑱𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒑𝒐 𝑩𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒊, 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒇𝒂𝒏𝒐 𝑪𝒆𝒄𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐, 𝑱𝒆𝒓𝒐𝒏𝒊𝒎 𝑯𝒐𝒓𝒗𝒂𝒕 – residing between Switzerland and Italy.

The title is inspired by the fairy tale of the 𝑮𝒓𝒊𝒎𝒎 brothers, and evokes the thick bush that protects and conceals, like the most delicate of flowers, the sleeping beauty. Metaphor of the work of art and its secret, this title alludes to some suggestions that unite the artists in the exhibition and their research, such as the fairy-tale atmosphere that is breathed in each work and the evocation of imaginary woods and plant forms.

The artists involved, while using multiple mediums (painting, sculpture, installation and performance), share a sensitivity characterized by a distrust of artistic languages and dominant cultural models. This distance induces them to take up forms and techniques with an ancient flavor to reinterpret, from another perspective, what surrounds them. Seduced by the magical and the esoteric, imaginaries they draw on to create works of art that seem to have emerged from a Gothic novel or a dreamlike delirium, they use free association and other automatic techniques in an attempt to create works conceived as divinatory devices. They investigate the language of the symbol, which transcends thought and caption, preventing concept and reduction. On the occasion of 𝑹𝒐𝒔𝒂𝒔𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒂, to keep faith with this fascination, they will create an evocative environment in which the works emanate their own mystery while resonating like chords in a harmony.
